行政部職務內容

1. 記錄每主日之主日學、崇拜出席人數、奉獻金額並定期傳真至加州總會

2. 記錄、保管所有教會正式會議記錄如:執事會、會員大會、選舉等

3. 推動、發行教會之出版刊物:代禱園地、週報、年刊、會員大會手冊等

4. 收集、保管所有教會正式之文件、出版刊物及相關之資料,如:法規

5. 管理、固定更新教會之網站,對外代表教會聯繫或轉交資訊

6. 提供教會婚喪喜慶、出生、受洗等活動資料,供總會代禱通訊之使用

7. 填寫、整理、預備教會之受洗証書、更新會員資料、

8. 選舉時積極會員之界定,選票製作,記錄結果

9. 整理年度之會議記錄,於每年總會時供總會審核

Administration Departmental Responsibilities

1. Keep minutes of all meetings. Organize all church documents, e.g. bulletins, Newsletters.

2. Keep track and up date official membership list (including eligibility to vote data). Prepare baptism certificates.

3. Send annual deacons meeting minutes to EFC. In general assembly

4. Oversee church legal document, publications & by law.

5.Oversee church web site.

6.Keep attendance for worship and Sunday school. Fax the stats to EFC General weekly (Include info about members when appropriate, e.g. weddings, births, death or serious Illness, baptisms, etc.)

7. Deacons election record, to define the active voting members.
