總務部職務內容
1. 協調安排每主日午餐之預備人員、廚房清潔
2. 安排每主日聚會後,禮堂、教室、廁所清潔人員、最後蒐集垃圾之人員
3. 協助教會值星人員使用、維護、教會設備歸回原位、儲藏室整理、淘汰
4. 協助各種特別聚會、活動,會場桌椅之安排、佈置,如:球賽、特會等
5. 教會午餐費用收入、廚房支出之督導與查核
6. 教會硬體設備、器材、用品之使用、維護、修理
7. 購買教會固定需用之物品,如:清潔用具、廚房用品、杯盤刀叉
8. 聖餐之果汁、聖餅及洗禮用品之預備、收藏
General affair Departmental Responsibilities
1. Oversee the coordinators for lunch preparation and cleanup. Work out schedule for distribution.
2. Oversee opening and closing of church facility, as well as its cleanliness.
3. Help the set up the table & chairs on every meeting.
4. Buy any supplies needed.
5. Prepare juice and crackers for Holy communion.
6. To manager the church storage.
